Cantello Tayler Recruitment are currently recruiting for a HR Admin Job to join our client based in Egham.
The successful HR Advisor will be responsible for:
- Providing advice and administrative HR support to members of the Committee and its subgroups in helping to manage the processes under its remit
- Working closely with the Deputy Head of HR Operations to undertake job evaluation and to provide advice and administrative support to the job evaluation scheme to ensure that the process is managed in a timely and effective manner.
- Providing advice and administrative HR to the College’s performance and recognition awards ensuring these are managed in a timely and professional manner
- Working with the Deputy Head of Human Resource Operations to provide advice and administrative HR support on market supplement issues undertaking research such as bench marking
- Administering the bike to work scheme
- Working with the Deputy Head of Human Resource Operations to promote and develop the range of benefits offerings
The HR Advisor will have:
- CIPD qualification to level 5 or equivalent experience
- Good working knowledge of key employment legislation and its application
- Ability to prioritise effectively
- Excellent time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience of working with a range of IT systems and applications
